Membership benefits may be modified, updated, expanded, reduced, suspended, replaced, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.

9. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

By enrolling in the membership program, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the recurring membership fee disclosed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, the membership is billed at $9.99 every twenty-eight (28) days until canceled.

Your membership will automatically renew every twenty-eight (28) days, and you authorize recurring charges to your payment method without requiring additional authorization for each renewal charge.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information. If a payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate membership access and benefits.

10. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer support at support@eaglenationshop.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not cancel or refund charges already processed.

Membership benefits may remain available through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

11. Welcome Gifts and Promotional Items

As part of certain membership promotions, new members may receive a complimentary welcome gift or promotional item.

• Welcome gifts are offered while supplies last.
• Welcome gifts have no cash value.
• Welcome gifts may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
• Welcome gifts may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value at our discretion.
• Welcome gifts may be limited to one per household, customer, payment method, or shipping address.

Failure to maintain an active membership, failed payments, suspected abuse, duplicate enrollments, or fraudulent activity may affect eligibility for promotional offers or welcome gifts.

12. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

We may use third-party warehouses, fulfillment providers, shipping partners, and carriers to process and deliver orders and promotional items. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Welcome gifts and physical products are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days and may be delivered within approximately three (3) to seven (7) business days after shipment, depending on location, carrier performance, and other factors.

Delays may occur due to operational issues, high order volume, weather, customs, incorrect address information, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, return procedures, exclusions, and timeframes are governed by that separate policy.

Membership fees and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed. Failure to use membership benefits, read newsletters, redeem offers, or access content does not create eligibility for a refund.

Orders may not be cancellable once they have entered fulfillment, packaging, or shipping processes.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may be contested with supporting records, including order confirmations, shipment data, tracking information, checkout disclosures, subscription enrollment records, recurring billing authorizations, customer communications, IP records, device information, usage logs, policy acceptance records, and customer support history.
